Mr. Keyes has an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Finance from Ohio Dominican University. Mr. Keyes serves as the elected president of a 150+ member, local non-profit fraternal organization dedicated to providing members with outstanding financial protection in the form of quality life insurance and annuities encompassing $2,888,887,904 Insurance in Force in 2012.

As an elected member for the United States of America, Mr. Keyes served on the U.S. TAG to International Standards Organization Technical Committee (ISO/TC) 207 (TAG 207) on Environmental Management & The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) ANSI Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) Z1 to document consensus on proposed American National Standards (ANS) in the fields of Environmental Management, attaining first-hand knowledge on the process of creating internationally accredited quality management standards.

While working for the accredited certification industries top ranked, award winning internationally accredited registrar, Eagle Registrations, Mr. Keyes served as the Medical Device Standard Implementation Project Lead for ISO 13485 Notified Body, CE Marking, and CMDCAS, helping bring multiple accredited certification offerings to the international medical device certification program within the organization. Mr. Keyes is a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard and ISO 14001 Environmental Safety Standard. Furthermore, Mr. Keyes was a founding member and quality director for Vape Holdings, a prominent vaporization company helping establish some of the first international supplier vetting processes for electronic vaporization units and creating internal standard operating procedures for the organizations sustainable growth in a new, emerging market.

Mr. Keyes serves on the Board of Advisory for HighMark Marketing, a Canadian Stock Exchange company (CSE:HMK), as the United States strategic advisor on QA for the cannabis market. As a member of the board Mr. Keyes participates in strategic meetings regarding Highmark’s focus, and direction, while providing Highmark with insights into the US market.
