Robert Egan earned his Bachelors in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Business Administration in 2013 from Northern Kentucky University. Mr. Egan worked in sales for two companies, Corporate Award Consultants and DreamWalker Tech, while earning his degree. He started his sales career off as an Inside Sales Specialist for Corporate Award Consultants, providing companies with intricate incentive programs. Robert found professional success early, selling his first account within the first 3 months at the age of 19. He continued to add accounts throughout the 5 years spent at Corporate Award Consultants, utilizing CRM software to find potential customers. His other responsibilities included securing accounts, and keeping all customers satisfied throughout the incentive award program process. This required significant motivation and communication abilities, as well as excellent customer service. These skill sets have enabled him to build lasting relationships and connections in various industries.
Robert also cofounded a business called DreamWalker Tech, a small start-up specializing in utilizing social media to further existing companies. His knowledge of social media outlets paired with a solid sales background created a strong public presence for each account, while targeting specific customer bases and earning exposure wherever needed. DreamWalker social media packages made companies more accessible to potential customers, increasing sales and brand-awareness. DreamWalker furthered him as a salesman while also teaching him how to manage and run a small start-up successfully.
Mr. Egan has also held a position at the Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati, obtaining experience in exotic and native plant cultivation. He also works in various capacities throughout the industrial hemp movement in Kentucky, spending time on the first hemp farms since WWII and building relationships with individual growers. These experiences give Robert a solid base of understanding the importance of quality control and how superior products are produced. His passion for science, quality, and customer relations make him well suited to run the sales division of Phytoscinces.
